My wife and I were first introduced to the superb design and workmanship of Ultimate Renovations 20 years ago (2004) when they renovated our award-winning bungalow. It was a 4-month tear down and rebuild project and completed on time and on budget. To date the project has stood the test of time for quality and appearance. In the last two decades, we have hired Ultimate 4 more times for major projects including converting the inclosed basement to a walkout, two upgraded bathrooms, a complete rebuild of a lower laundry room and a most enjoyable 400 sq. foot outdoor living space with TV, BB-Q, cooktop, wood burning fireplace and overhead gas heater. We spend ample time outside for 6-7 months per year with this addition, dismissing the chilly Calgary summer and fall evenings. Of all the five jobs, we recently had the first call back for an issue under the laundry room floor. Although it was completed 4 years prior, Ultimate was quick to send out a crew and do a one day repair, hassle free and no charge.
