My wife and I were first introduced to the superb design and workmanship of Ultimate Renovations 20 years ago (2004) when they renovated our award-winning bungalow. It was a 4-month tear down and rebuild project and completed on time and on budget. To date the project has stood the test of time for quality and appearance. In the last two decades, we have hired Ultimate 4 more times for major projects including converting the inclosed basement to a walkout, two upgraded bathrooms, a complete rebuild of a lower laundry room and a most enjoyable 400 sq. foot outdoor living space with TV, BB-Q, cooktop, wood burning fireplace and overhead gas heater.
