Can you use an outdoor living space all year?

That’s the plan! Our goal is to maximize your return on investment by integrating modern comforts into your exterior living space such as space heaters, lighting, hot tubs, partial roofs and enclosures and furniture and appliances rated for outdoor use.

Do I need a special TV?

If you’re investing in an outdoor living room, we recommend a TV rated for exterior use. We can offer suggestions for TVs that are designed to handle rain, snow, dust, insects, salt, humidity, and extreme temperatures.

How does an outdoor sink work?

Outdoor kitchen sinks require a supply line run from inside the house and require additional pipe fittings and plumbing work. We recommend winterizing your sink to prepare for the extreme cold of the winter months.
