Our Design Process

Design is where every project begins at Ultimate Renovations. As part of the design process, we create 3D renderings of your home using Chief Architect Software. The software allows for detailed 3D models to be viewed through interactive augmented reality or virtual reality on a phone or tablet. Our in-house design team provides vital input for changing room layouts, removing walls, developing basements, and more, and our 3D models help you visual the suggestions with ease. Interior designers also assist in the selection process. From finishings to furniture, we’re here to help.
